I’ve been doing CrossFit since March 2013. I discovered CrossFit-U in West Melbourne shortly after it opened. Curious to try a new way of training, I checked it out, signed up, and haven’t looked back! These guys know what they’re doing. Whether you’re living in or visiting Melbourne, definitely go check them out!
Right now I’m living in New York City and am training at CrossFit NYC. It’s different and familiar all at the same time!
So why do CrossFit? They say it makes you stronger, fitter, faster, more flexible and co-ordinated than ever. AND that you look better naked. Hell yeah!
Not only has CrossFit made me stronger, I’ve also learned an incredible number of lessons which I like to share on this blog.
