Christina’s Updates on Business, Brand…and Babies [Episode 300]

Christina Canters, The C Method, Podcast, Communication, Confidence, Public Speaking, Personal Development, Christina’s updates on business

Can you believe we’ve hit 300 episodes of Stand Out Get Noticed?!

It’s taken over 8 years, but we got there eventually. The show launched in March 2015, and I consistently published an episode a week until I went on maternity leave in October 2020. I then took a 2 year break, and after relaunching the weekly show in October 2022, I’ve since settled into a fortnightly release schedule.
I’ve done approximately 160 interview shows, and 140 solo episodes – which I am in the process of making public again. All solo shows back to episode 200 are now available again – you can find them in your podcast feed.
Quite a lot has been happening in my world, and I thought this would be a good opportunity to check in with you and share what’s been going on. I talk about the business and mindset challenges I’ve been facing, how I’ve been rethinking my brand…plus you’ll get to hear some exciting news!

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Why it took me so long to get my episode 300 out – yes, I felt like it was a big deal and that it had to be ‘extra good’.
  • My pregnancy (surprise!) – and the challenge of having low energy, feeling ill, not sleeping well AND running two businesses AND parenting a toddler
  • How I’m trying to be kind to myself and live in a place of acceptance
  • What I’m learning about branding, and what this means for The C Method brand
  • My new brand manifesto
