Why It’s Ok To Be Vulnerable [Episode 254]

There is a huge amount of uncertainty in the world at the moment, so it’s completely understandable if you are.

But here’s the thing: I don’t want you to bottle it up. I’ve learned that one of the best ways to deal with your fears is to talk about them.

However, this requires a level of vulnerability.

Yes, vulnerability. The feeling of being open to uncertainty, risk and emotional exposure. Making yourself open to judgement, criticism and rejection. *shudder*

It’s not easy. But I encourage you to practice it, one tiny step at a time.

In this episode, I share why it’s important to be vulnerable and open with others, as well as how to communicate with someone who is being vulnerable with you.
